the last ones the only one i really like, the second one is okay though i guess. would be better in colour

Reasons being? Anything I can do to improve them?

im not really sure. theres just something about them, but ill try to elaborate.
first one, i think theres too much going on, theres not enough focus on the subject. the clouds are really distracting. same with the other rail in the background. or it might just be that the rider is in a bit of a boring position.
idk. others probably think differently.

I can understand that, and have been told other places that the clouds are distracting as well, I figured it was interesting scene being above the clouds it could work out nicely, but I can see how it is distracting.

Maybe getting rid of the rail would help-

yeah a lot better. makes it seem like hes alone with the rail, and the clouds help achieve that look because it makes the photo more epic

honestly the trick he's doing is so wrong for the angle you shot the first one at.

if he was doing like, a frontboard to switch, where his shoulders are opened up and hes facing the camera more, it would have been better

Yeah I was more interested in getting the background scene in the shot, so I figured it would have been fine as long as it wasn't an ass shot. It would be a huge improvement with something like hardpack has mentioned.

besides everything that people said about the first one, I think the 2nd and 3rd are pretty sick.... would like to see the second one in color ya know??

first and third are really good but i think the second would look better in color
