whats an easy way to change the files without losing quality, or is there a way to make adobe support it, like a patch. because using vegas is getting very old. sad.gif

ok so i use this program called HD writer which takes all the files off the SD card and the original file before i take off the card is a .MTS and it doesn't support that either. so ill download the mpegstreamclip and try that.

I didn't really feel like paying for anything, so i use sony vegas and render clips uncompressed to avi, 1 by 1, it sucks but it works.

the shedworx thing worked well when i used the trial, i never really got around to buying it though
