whether they are flat or down... i just keep sliding off. i cant lock on... any tips?

line up your shoulders with the rail
try jumping down the rail instead of jumping over, if that makes any sense?!?! just flow with it.

aim for the end of the rail also. and try not to approach at an angle.

cradle the rail. don't land flat. hit it with the board angled then level out.

best advice was the kid who said concentrate on the end of the rail. aproach the rail relatively close and the angle you jump on should be at an angle where your aiming right at the end of the rail.... with a 5050 on a flat bar weather its angled down or flat it isnt exactly easy to stay on top all the time. its about positioning and weight balance. once you figure your balance out ide say aim for some round bars. your much more personally in control on this feature. or for flat bars- go sideways through it so you have more ability to balance and control the grind rather then the grind controling you...
